Absolutely terrible experience! I went in to his dental office because I had pain in a molar and after x-rays and exam I was told there was no crack or issue with the tooth. I went home and the pain continued to escalate in this tooth until I was in absolute agony. I spent a few nights whimpering in excruciating pain. I them called Connecticut Valley Oral Surgey Associates to extract the tooth. They asked for my x-ray from Rockingham Dental. When I called and asked Sue for my records to be transferred from them and told her I had an emergency extraction that day scheduled she said "that's funny", and told me that "4 1/2 hours was not enough time to email my x-ray but that I could come pick it up if she couldn't get to it". She also complained about being the only staff member there and that she did not feel she was capable of handling this task alone. When I called back to find out about picking up the x-ray, she told me, "the bridge system was not working and that they could not email it but I could pick it up". When I called back to confirm that I would be picking it up Sue told me that the printable x-ray would not be usable and that it would be a waste of time to get it. She also told me to "be quiet and let her speak". At this point I had to remind her that she was a healthcare professional and that I am a patient in severe pain. I would rather pay the $180 for the x-ray from the Oral Surgeon than EVER go back to Rockingham Dental again. They are callous and cruel. And as unprofessional of a business as I have ever encountered. If I could rate them lower than one star I would.
