Terrible customer service!! Had a 3 day expedited freight and took over 6 days! Called and said it was in the vicinity and should show up before end of day! Still waiting for it to show up and when i called to complain said that it was a new driver and he brought it back to warehouse! Said they would throw it on another truck this morning and have it here by 10:30 - 11:00 AM. Its 12PM and still a no show! Customer is irate and very unhappy! Would NOT recommend them for anything!

Cant get them on the phone, most extensions all you get is static and the operations managers mailbox is full. Seriously!!! THE WORST
do not use this company. My shipment sat on a dock for over a full work week. They use Incliment weather as an excuse constantly!
