There is only one way to truly know the quality of any contractor, and that is how a situation is handled when something goes wrong. One never hopes that there will be a problem on a big project, but since there was a problem at the outset of my project, I am much better positioned to give my feedback. When there was a problem with my assigned project manager, Doug rectified the situation IMMEDIATELY, without any resistance, questioning or excuses. Thank you!
